Applying for financial aid doesn't have to be an intimidating experience. Getting the funds you need to achieve your goals is worth investing the time and energy into the application process. If you have any questions, Northampton's Financial Aid Office is available to assist you in-person and virtually!
How to Apply for Financial Aid
You will need to gather some important documents (like your federal tax information, other income information, and social security number) in order to complete the FAFSA application online at studentaid.gov. Applying for financial aid through the FAFSA is FREE, so be certain you are using the government website. After you submit your FAFSA, please respond promptly to any requests for additional information from the NCC Financial Aid Office.
Pennsylvania Residents
Completing the FAFSA is the first step in applying for a Pennsylvania State grant. The Pennsylvania State grant program is administered by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) which may request additional information by contacting you through your email address provided on the FAFSA or by regular mail (if no email address was provided).
