Housing & Residence Life

Live. Learn. Experience. Thrive.

The Office of Housing & Residence Life assists students with on-campus housing at the Bethlehem campus and oversees two residential facilities, the Residence Hall Commons and the Apartments. We welcome you to life on-campus!

NCC offers on-campus housing for students, providing a safe, supportive, living and learning environment. Resident students are provided the opportunity to become a part of the NCC community through educational and social opportunities to enhance their experience outside of the classroom.

Why live @ NCC?

Living on campus might seem expensive at first, but it's actually quite affordable. If you consider all of the costs you would spend living off campus (gas for commuting, monthly rent, furniture or items for your space, electric, water, gas, internet, trash, laundry, parking, groceries, etc.), you'll find that living off campus can be quite expensive.

By living on campus at NCC, everything is included in your housing fees (rent, utilities, furniture, meals, laundry, WiFi, parking). Our on campus housing not only allows you to save money but truly provides a place for you to live, learn, experience, and thrive.

Live.

Living at NCC opens the doors to new friends, experiences, and opportunities. Build friendships and memories that will last a lifetime! Living on campus helps you find the balance between your academic and social life.

Learn.

Avoid the hassle of having to commute to and from campus. Spend more time focusing on your studies and have quicker access to campus resources like the Library, Learning Center, and much more. Research shows that students who live on campus get better grades, are more engaged in the college community, and are more likely to graduate.

Experience.

Living on campus provides you with various opportunities, to not only get involved with the students living on campus but with the broader NCC community as well. Attend sporting events, participate in  the various campus activities or clubs, and truly find out what it's like to be a Spartan!

Thrive.

As a resident student at NCC, we want you to call NCC your second home. Living on campus will help prepare you to thrive in the real world by building your skillsets, developing independence, and providing unique experiences that will set you apart from other students after you graduate.
