Respiratory Care AAS Program

Why Study Respiratory Care at NCC?

Are you looking for a high-paced, high-energy setting where you can focus on a health care specialty? Respiratory Therapy (RT) is a health care specialty where practitioners specialize in pulmonary medicine. The profession is committed to providing quality care for patients of all age groups and situations. Northampton is an excellent option for those looking to save money and pursue a Respiratory Care degree with an AAS (Associates of Applied Sciences) degree.

Northampton Community College (#200676) is seeking accreditation by The Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), 364 Precision Blvd., Telford, TN 37680, 817-283-2835. (https://coarc.com)

CoARC accredits respiratory therapy education programs in the United States. To achieve this end, it utilizes an ‘outcomes based’ process. Programmatic outcomes are performance indicators that reflect the extent to which the educational goals of the program are achieved and by which program effectiveness is documented. NCC can provide no assurance that accreditation will be granted by CoARC.

What You'll Learn
